Hyderabad's winters may be mild by northern standards, but pool water temperatures can dip below 20 °C from November through February — cold enough to discourage daily swimming. Traditional electric heaters solve the temperature problem but create a new one: soaring electricity bills. The client needed an efficient, set-and-forget heating solution that delivered comfort without financial pain.

Our Solution: Inverter Heat Pump with Smart Scheduling

Dream Pools recommended a Madimack Elite inverter heat pump, one of the most efficient units available in India. Operating at a COP of 5:1, it produces five units of heat energy for every one unit of electricity consumed. We paired it with a Zodiac smart controller that pre-heats the pool during off-peak tariff hours (typically 10 PM to 6 AM in Telangana). By the time the family steps out for a morning swim, the water is a comfortable 29 °C — and the energy cost is a fraction of what a conventional heater would demand.
